Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga believes in the transformative power of goats. Beyond the playful bounds of goat yoga, they highlight the therapeutic potential of these incredible animals. Their mission is to shift perceptions, not emphasizing their role as farm animals, but as catalysts for cognitive stimulation, presence, and joy, creating the perfect therapy interaction.
Sessions are 45 minutes and end with a 15 minutes decompression for guests & goats. The guests can pet the goats, hold the goats and just spend time loving the gift of these cute and innocent animals. This is also a great time for guests to capture fun moments on camera and share on social media.
