Join us at the Promenade Shops at Centerra for a chance to win a prize for your Valentine!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
1. Find one of the 15 hidden red hearts throughout the Promenade Shops at Centerra from February 1st - 12th, 2025.
2. Scan the QR code on the heart, complete the entry form, and specify where you found it.
3. Better your odds by finding additional hearts and completing the entry form for each.
4. Receive one extra entry by checking in to the @PromenadeShopsatCenterra Facebook page and submit a photo with the comment: “I found my HEART at Promenade Shops at Centerra!”
Keep an eye on our Facebook page for clues on where to find hidden hearts.
All fields must be completed with valid information. Winners will be chosen and notified on February 13, 2025, via email or phone. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after February 23, 2025.
